REFUNDS
All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
We do not stock inventory. We source diamonds and gemstones specifically for each client. We source precious metal jewelry as per client's request. Custom designs are created to the taste of individual clients who will have two opportunities to make adjustments during the design process. As such, all purchases are suited to an individual's preferences and may not possess universal appeal. Therefore, all purchases are final.
Diamonds, gemstones and jewelry brought in for the client's approval are not purchases (unless stated differently at the time of the request) and may be accepted or rejected. Once the items are accepted, the purchase is final.
